该装置采用二釜串联配一套终止釜方式，连续进行聚合中试试验，丁二烯催化剂的计量，输送采用液位计和计量泵方式，为保证聚合反应平稳=重复性好，采用氮气方式恒定反应压力。终止釜采用液位计及气动阀控制终止釜液位。整套装置控制系统采用计算机程序控制，操作方便。
