该评价装置采用一个加热炉，二个反应器，可以同时评价两种丙烯醛催化剂，丙烯气体、空气、氮气采用质量流量计进行控制计量，液体采用电子称和计量泵联合计量和控制，产品经冷却后通过压差和气动阀控制液位，气相产品通过湿式流量计计量，整套装量采用计算机自动控制和监测，能随时打印和储存工艺以数及数据。

    　this evaluation unit has one heating furnace and two redactors ,can evaluate tow kinds of acrolein catalyst,the propene gas ,air and nitrogen is controlled and measured by quality flowmeter ,ths liquid is controlled and measured by electronic scales and metirc pump ,the product is cooled ,and then liquid level is controlled by pressure differerntinal and air-operated valve ,gas product is measured by wet flowmeter,thewhole unit is automatically controlled and monitored by the comprter ,technological parameters and dato can be printed and stored.
