该装置是用不锈钢金属材料组成的连续精馏装置，原料通过计量泵连续泵入精馏塔的下部，塔顶产品通过冷却之后部分连续回流，其余部分连续进入产品接收罐内，釜底物料可以连续排出，也可以间歇排出。该装置采用自动仪表控制，操作简便、性能可靠。
