装置处理的主要原料为常压渣油和减压馏分油，处理量为5kg/h.物料平衡≥98%，温度控制精度≯±2度。加热炉采用两段控温，沙浴加热；减压塔三段控温，采用电加热方式，其中塔底和塔身采用大功率电加热，塔顶加热以保温为主。真空缓冲罐、塔顶产品罐、塔底产品罐和真空泵采用切换操作。
