本装置可进行催化剂的筛选和工艺条件的优化，由两个反应器串联，可装填不同催化剂（100ml-200ml),中间设采样罐，由微机加智能议表控制，仪表精度、自动化程度国内一流，试验数据受人为因素影响小，可信度很高。本试验装置由进料、加热、反应、分离、气提、收料等系统构成，配备进口微量泵、氢气压缩机、循环氢压缩机及进口质量流量计本装置可控反应压力在0~10.0Mpa 之间，控制精度±0.1Mpa，可控反应温度500ml/h.新鲜氢气流量≤3000ml/min. 循环氢气流量≤10000ml/min.
