装置由反应系统、计算机实时控制系统和在线色谱分析系统组成。反应系统采用固定床反应器，可采用多种固定体催化剂；计算机实时控制系统可实现计算机屏幕的数据输入输出，并记录保存动行数据，还可用于实时控制操作；在线色谱分析系统与计算机实时控制系统配合，可实现相当宽的组分范围的在线自动实施分析。本装置可用于高压的化工反应，如脱硫反应、加氢反应和其它试验。
